Dan has great pricing, so much so I had to ask him a few times to believe the price I was hearing. Despite the low price, Dan went above and beyond with his service. I called him for the first time and within 3 hours he was ready to work and was at my house changing the water heater. He took care to protect my floors and when I made requests to have the position of the water heater adjusted he made the changes to the piping at no extra cost even though that wasn't originally spoken about. His workmanship was great and I'm very glad that I found Dan on Craigslist, truly a diamond in the rough.
