The owner Stew is very knowledgeable professional plumber. He answered many questions that other plumbers could not. He simplifies the matter, analyses the situation and convinces the customer with very logical reasons. He is very human and technical; I know that there is a small Gas Leak and I was going to call Fortis-BC people again, being a responsible a Gas Fitter, he insisted not to leave without fixing the leak without any charge. Strew is a great ambassador of plumbers.
