We had a pump failure on Thursday afternoon, Upstream pump was able to come and fix it Saturday morning. Braeden was able to explain how to bypass the float switch on our pump, and saved us from plumber's emergency call out. He came and fixed the float switch on our pump, works great now, the plumber wanted more than double that to replace a perfectly good one year old pump. Excellent service!!
My tenants' phoned me about sewage coming up through their bathtub and the pump alarm blaring in the basement. After calling, a technician showed up within the hour. My tenants told me he was very courteous and fixed the problem quickly with a new switch in his truck. Thanks again!
Excellent service, our pump failed and Upstream was able to come the next day. They fixed the pump for far less than what we'd pay for a new one.
