We were having problems with our hot water heating system and called Brent for help. He was quick to respond to our call and solved my problem quickly at a reasonable cost.On another issue he was able to track down why I was having air getting into the system and resolved the problem. Our wood boiler went ballistic at 12.30 am, pump was making extreme noises, HOT water was spitting out the relief value making the shop wall pop, the electric boiler should have kicked on but that too was inoperable.... was on the brink of calling 911 but Brent was the ONLY plumber who answered his phone and showed up and took charge of SAFELY shutting down the system and didn’t leave until he felt confident all was safe (2.30am!). The next day he replaced parts and reset both systems so we could continue to have a safe supply of heat! I don’t have enough words of gratitude for his professionalism, concern and follow up. To find a serviceman like Brent is very rare, we were sooooo fortunate to connect with him, simply excellent, thank you.
