Blair Plumbing, Heating was awarded the bid to replace our 25 year old furnace with a new, high efficiency unit. They were selected based on competitive price for a high quality product, and their reputation for great service during and after installation. Technicians,Aussie Mike and Ryan arrived on time and spent the day installing the unit. They were very professional, courteous and answered my many questions about the location of the vent pipes, and the operation of the new unit. A different crew, Jesse, Josh came the next day to add a liner to our chimney to meet code. They too,were on time, courteous and professional. Their Service manager Kevin also came to lend a hand as the liner install was difficult. We decided to upgrade the AC unit as well. At my request,Kevin came to Site ahead of the installation crew to discuss routing of the AC lines, to minimize unsightly appearance of them and best way to punch through the foundation. Install crew, Aussie Mike, and Rodrigo came as scheduled and did another outstanding install. We are very pleased with the overall project. All debris was picked/vacuumed up and hauled away. Thanks again for an outstanding job!

Gordon came to fix our A/C unit which stopped working during a hot spell. He figured out the issue quickly and explained our options for repair. After choosing the best option for us he went to work and had it up and running in no time! He is always very efficient and courteous and we would highly recommend requesting him when using Blair!

You were both respectful with coming & going from our suite, your clean-up was much appreciated by 3rd floor condo owners & the Strata. Aussie Mike installed a new hot water tank here today. He was efficient, thorough, kind, clean, highly skilled and took the time to explain things as well as give good advice on care and service. I would highly recommend this Mike for your services.
