Loombas Plumbing, Heating and Drainage

Needed a hot water tank replacement on a Sunday. After calling a few places, a friend recommended Loomba's. Owner of the company arrived right on time (noon) and replaced my HWT without any fuss. Even cleaned the area and provided me with a tutorial for usage of the new tank. His pricing was extremely reasonable and transparent. A pleasant experience!

Would not recommend. Very rude and scams for more money after the work is done. The work done after two years ends up being a gas leak and faulty parts. Found by FortisBC and fixed by another plumbing company after they refused to take a look. Save your time and money by avoiding them.

They are the best! Sam is young , but one of the nicest guys I have ever met! Quick + Affordable ! The only company that actually came out on time , and didn’t hesitate to work! I started out yesterday morning with a mini flood and water all over my laundry room room floor I called many companies ranging from prices that ranged from $0 to $200 (just to to come out!?) ,some of which wanted pre payment ;even after agreeing no one gave me a specific time or even confirmed if they could send someone! Loomba’s has their own fee but assured me they would be on time and would only charge if they could locate the issue. That they did , find and fix! What impressed me the most was 1)On time! They came as they said they would and valued my time! 2)that after cutting and fixing the pipe leak he put in effort to clean up the water ! ***3)Later that day I was still paranoid and thought there was still water leaking so I had requested the tech to come back . I cleaned up and realized there was no leak again. I called them back to cancel , but Sam said he was already on his way and wouldn’t mind checking it out again. He thoroughly checked it all and showed me it was perfectly fine; I insisted to pay him for coming out , but he refused and told me that his customer relation and satisfaction is his top priority “sometimes situations like this stress people out and it shouldn’t cost you for a little reassurance” Best guys, best ethics, best company ; 5 stars!

Called them late last night and they schedule me right away for the morning. The young man that came out was very polite, clean and knowledgeable. My water bill was high for the last two years and I had a few pipe leaks, and I was told by my real estate agent it was normal. The young man came in and quickly found a leak , off the hotwater tank shutoff pipe ,and showed us how that would effect our water consumption . He took time to check the pressure and showed us an excess pressure of 140psi. He replaced the Main house valve and the tank valve and everything seems to be working great. The valve isn’t dripping the slightest like our agent told us is normal. They had all the parts ready in stock and the welded connections were clean. Will recommend them to the other folks in White Rock and South surrey
