Budget Heating and Plumbing has been our service company for quite sometime and they always give the best service starting from Amber the receptionist all the way to the technicians who do our service. Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I cant believe you guys keep calling me in evening time! You Guys are calling every time, do u have any official timing? Do u have any right to disturb anyone at anytime? improve your system if u need some business. DO NOT CALL ME EVER!!!
Called them to service my furnace and central air, a quote was given, we cleaned air ducts, furnace and ac unit. The a/c tech said we had a leak and needed a valve and top up of gas....once job was complete he said there was no leak, we.paid our original invoice. Got a call the next day for the remaing balance for extra work done, questioned the work and receptionist said she would talk with the tech, they are sticking to their story of doing the work, husband went out and took pics and there is NO new valve we found out from another a/c specialist that our unit doesn't take 30psi of gas and the price is ridiculous! I called to speak to the manager and he was on the defence right away, VERY rude, was questioning why we had someone else come and look after them, kept saying he didnt know why I was treating them this way and told me I was treating them like S#%T, I had to hang up at that point...if I could this would be a minus 3
How do you get these guys to stop phoning? Edit: Months later and they are still phoning! They don't leave a message so it is just a nuisance call. This is not the way to go about generating business. More months later and they are still calling several times per day. I have told them several times that I am not interested in taking advantage of their service but they don't make a note and they keep on phoning.
Fuss-free and efficient. These guys have been servicing my house for the last 3 years. It's really hard to find trustworthy companies that offer a friendly service for a great price. Highly recommend!
