Despite the bad reviews, our team was excellent. Led by Glenn, they included Everett, Josh, Russell, Elliott, and Manjit on excavator. All of them worked hard to make the job go well. They performed a miracle considering our property and its problems. I felt satisfied with the results. I couldn't find anything to complain about. They did the best job they could with the yard being sloped severely. I would gladly recommend them to anyone else. Thank you! ????????????

Very bad service! If I could rate this 0 stars I would because this isn’t even worth 1 star. Two months ago we call papa to come to check the leakages as we noticed a water drain. They sent a person come to my house, he made a few holes in my ceiling to see but couldn’t find any leakages, and then he just told me to wait one week to see if the leaking came from the bath tub. If there was leaking from the bath tub I would need to spend $7000 to change the bath tub. I waited and nothing happen. I call them again but they just told me wait and never come back just left the holes for me to fix，They don’t care about the customer．They just care about the money.

Extremely bad service. I asked for hot water tank replacement. They kept sending random person to check. They just care about money. Totally unprofessional staff

I had a water leak and this company was recommended by service master. They sent 2 plumbers (Mike and Josh) friday and I explained to them that there are 2 leaks. They found one which is obvious because it was dripping. I then I showed them the other area where it was leaking a few days ago. They spend 20 mins trying like i did. Common sense, fill the bath tub, flush the toilet. No leak they said. I then explained the amount of water that was poured into my stove the night it was leaking and they just didn't believed me. I look stupid trying to explain. They fix the obvious hole charge me 389 and off they go. 2 days later, the second spot is leaking. Well, i guess im not making it up. There is a leak. Called then and talked to the manager about how the job was not complete. He said we are going to charge you but well see what we can do. So then i did not work monday so they can come and look at it again. Showed them pictures so i dont look stupid this time. Paul came and check diligently. in 10 mins he figured out the cause. Vs. 2 plumber from friday. He said it need a seal. Charge is 189... I was like what? but its not now my fault that those 2 plumber are not diligent enough to figure out a 10 min job. it cause me one work day and the Manager was rude and no customer service at all. Bottom line is, they dont care about their customer. they care about how much more they can charge you. 189 is for 15 min job to fix something that they missed on their 1st vist is ridiculous to me. If they fix that friday i could be at work on monday and make money and i would have no problem paying them $$$. Oh get this, there was no apology at all. Just rude. Their plumbers are not all good. Yet they all charge the same. Youre lucky if you get the good ones and the one who actually cares.

Great service. Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and efficient. They took excellent care of our rug and everything in their way. Left the area clean and ordered. Thank you!!!
