We are very happy with our new water tank- we called a few plumbers and were told we’d be waiting about 2 weeks, but to get a next-day appointment was no problem with Rick. The installation was done professionally, and our space was left very clean. The price was very fair for the work completed, and they filled in a rebate form for FortisBC to save us money on our purchase. I will recommend their business to family and friends!

We have had this father & son team do a few hot water tanks for us in a couple of houses in recent years and most recently a new furnace install. Their prices are good and their service is above and beyond. They go out of their way to accommodate. They are very professional, neat and tidy and respectful to not damage your house. When they left , it was though they hadn't even been here - the house was left neat & tidy without any mess for us to clean up whatsoever. Should also mention that they quote what the cost is and they say they don't have added fees - they were legit - no added fees whatsoever. It's nice to have a company that you don't have to worry about hidden fees or small print - rare these days it seems. Would highly recommend them and we do! Thanks Mark & Rick!

These guys are good. My water heater started leaking - not much - just dripping around the edges. I called around and found Nationwide. They were available the next day. They came in and gave me a great deal on a new water heater. They saved me money with a Fortis rebate and filled out the paperwork for me. They cleaned everything up and left it better than when they started. Excellent price, excellent work and I would highly recommend to friends and family.
