Personable plumber came out promptly on a Saturday, cut a hole in the basement ceiling and diagnosed a water leak. Smeared silicon around the main floor bathtub overflow and left. No more than 45 minutes. Didn't clean up the mess from cutting open the ceiling. Charged me $357. Postscript: Owner responded below two years after the work was completed by an employee. Clearly was unfamiliar with the job. The silicon was smeared around the outside of the chrome cover, not underneath it. Instead of repairing the overflow to function as it should, the "repair" was to fill the overflow with silicone and caulk all the way around it. Was not informed of two hr minimum beforehand, and if I was being charged for two hours the technician could have at least taken a few minutes to clean up after themselves.

I had a relatively small job i wanted done, I remembered oliver plumbing as someone that was used by my employer and they were always plesant on the commercial side so i gave them a try for my personal project. Brad (the gentleman that did the work) was pleasant and efficient. I can honestly say i would recommend there services to anyone, including my own mother.

I called for an emergency service the other day. Brad came over and addressed my request immediately! He was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond the actual service call! He was very thorough with showing me how to fix the issue the next time as well as fix many other things in my house under the same service call at the same cost. I will absolutely use them again!

We had a venting issue in our commercial space. Ken and Rob completed the job more quickly than expected and at the price quoted (and waiving certain costs in some cases), going above and beyond to communicate all issues with the landlord.
