Need a Plumber Canada

Very Very Very disorganized and unprofessional. Called around 1-2pm to get a shower valve removed because it was stuck due to calcium build up. I was told someone can come just for this quick job and would be there around 4-6pm. They charge a site visit fee of about $36 which is fine and each job cost different, so I agreed. The tech ended up late and I had called around 530pm to check the wait time and was told by dispatch he is running late on another job. He finally arrived around 730-8pm at which he didn't quote me and just started to work on removing the valve but i figured it cant be that bad and I needed this removed. So it took him about 15mins to remove it and he quoted me $140 which was shocking but I asked for a discount since he was extremely late and the tech told me "I started at 6pm and since it was a after hours job it costs more." I told him I called in the early afternoon. So he then proceeds to call his manager to see if he can apply a discount, but came back and said my manager is upset because we don't usually do jobs like this without us doing the entire fix. So he said if you leave us a good google review I can give you a 10% discount. I said no and paid the full amount and called the dispatch to ask for the manager in which I am still waiting for that call 3 days later. This company doesn't care about its customers, stay AWAY!

Very courteous and efficient. Did the job quickly and left everything clean. Explained what her was doing every step of the way. Would Highly recommend to anyone

July 18, 2019 They called me at 7 in the morning to tell me that they would be there between 10 to 12. When I called at 11:45 when I haven't received a phone call the representative I talked to mumbled and no matter how many times I asked her to speak up she didn't. My husband and I called them at least five times throughout the day and they didn't even get to my house until 5:30, they would respond with that they should be there soon within the hour and we have to call every 90 minutes. When I asked them to please call me if there was more delay they didn't do that their communication is terrible. When he did finally come it took him 10 minutes to fix my problem. When the technician found out that I was the one paying instead of my husband he was obviously distressed. Though the technician was polite and got the work done as mentioned very quickly. And was very tidy and cleaned up after himself so that was very nice.

We had Jie come in to replace our water heater as it burst... he did an awesome job with replacement and cleanup. No issues with that. However, I left 3 phone calls and an email for someone to contact me regarding something in writing as to what was wrong with the water heater rather than the work done for a possible insurance claim for carpet replacement. Needless to say ... it has been over 2 months and I have had absolutely no response ... not a good way to ensure repeat customers!

Very good service. Fast and prompt, had an issue Saturday night, was able to get someone on Sunday morning. Able to still make it to appointment Sunday 11am.
