Our kitchen sink was backing up, causing water and other substances to fill up the sink. We couldn’t handle this ourselves, because this was a problem with the main drain in the building, so we decided to call a plumber. Brandon arrived promptly after our call and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain the issue to us and what he was doing to resolve it. We will definitely call again if we have issues with our drain in the future! Thank you so much!

Though we haven't yet dealt with this company in a professional manner, we feel that the true measure of an excellent company is the character of the owners/managers behind it. As an example, we dealt with Brydon (and Steve) involving the personal purchase of a higher cost item. Brydon ensured that this purchase was finalized with no issues for us. He is a truly honorable person who stands behind his word, who went above and beyond what is expected in these situations. I'm certain that he operates his company with the same principles.
