Very disappointed in recent the service. We are multiple time repeat customers of ABC Heating. We made an appointment for someone to come at 12:30 on Friday the 13th of January 2017 to measure and quote for replacing and relocating all of the duct work for our house. At no time did anyone mention a quote fee. When no one had shown up by 130 I called their office. I was told no one was now available and since my house is 15 minutes out of town there would also now be a fee if I wanted them to come measure. They told me the fee would be refunded if I decided to go with them for the job. We will never again be calling ABC for any of our heating and cooling needs.
ABC to the rescue! Last night when it was -36 with the wind chill, I came home to find out my furnace had quit. My house was 8 degrees! Brrrrr I called ABC at 630pm and the arrived promptly and fixed my broken furnace with a smile. Marlon also took the time to show me basic maintainance that I can do myself to save costly repairs in the future.
ABC HEATING AND COOLING IS THE BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! VERY REASONABLE ON PRICING AN GETS IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME...
