We were very pleased with the prompt, efficient and courteous service. When their technician, Brock, called to say he could repair our hot water tank earlier than originally scheduled, I wasn't up and about yet that Saturday morning. In addition to doing his work quickly and well, Brock showed up at my door with a coffee for me. Made my day! Mr. Rooter accepts payment via e-transfer. That makes life easy too. I'll certainly use Mr. Rooter of Lethbridge again.

Great experience with Mr. Rooter. They were fast to come out and within a short time had everything flowing right again. They were upfront about the cost and it was fair, they had rugs to protect our floor and took good care. Will recommend them anytime.
