Had them come to install my dishwasher through Miele. I was so impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. They called the day before and gave a very reasonable 2 hour window (not the typical 4+ I’ve gotten in the past) and showed up at the exact time they said they would. Was courteous, careful not to damage any walls getting in and out of a tight kitchen, and even paid extra attention and fixed a separate leak we had in the piping attached to our sink. Could not recommend them more, and based on the replies on the bad reviews, I would be skeptical of the validity of many of the bad reviews on here.

I worked for Mr. Jordan Swansan for a few months and my team of three and myself 4 were never paid. Most positive reviews are their own employees or contractors all the negetives are customers. Dont use them. As see they justify their dishonesty.

I worked for Jordan Swenson at Imagine Plumbing & Appliance for about 1 year as a Plumber Apprentice. I no longer work there so I have no self-interest in making this review. I was always paid on time and fairly. In fact I was paid a generous vacation pay upon departing. Imagine is a company that treats it's employees very cordially in my experience, and I would not hesitate in recommending them as a place to work for an apprentice.
