I'm not sure why rating for this company is so low. Leak in condo unit. They came within an hour. Devon was great. I asked him numerous questions and he walked me through his assessment. Never patronized when he really could have since my questions were probably way basic for him. Owner, I hope you read this and send Devon a kudos (I couldn't find a website for excelair to contact you).

I’m president of a condo board and we hired Excelair to install a new boiler for one of our shared boiler room systems. Big job, and they presented two options and we chose the bigger, high efficiency, built-in redundancy system. They came to our site many times before hand and after we made our selection and started paying bills...then they told us we need to upgrade our electrical panel, then upgrade another adjoining system and on and on it went. None of which was in the initial proposal. They also never told us about the massive noise adjoining residential units could expect. Then when all was installed and done...we had problems. And how they addressed it with us is that they DIDN’T. They ran out the one year warranty on equipment and installation. We feel cheated and deceived.

Great friendly staff, helped me out when I was in a pinch.

I had work done at the beginning of May 2018. I was overcharged double the amount of hours that should of been. I contacted the office and got no where with answers. Tried to contact the owner, Scott Forgave, and he never returned any phone calls or emails that were sent. This is not a company that I would ever recommend doing business with.

Excelair provides our family with amazing quality and service. We were without a hot water tank due to it failing, and within 3 hours, they had the old one out, New one installed and running! Thank you!
