Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Grande Prairie

My kitchen sink pipes leaked inside the cabinet and out onto my floor making a big mess. I called this company and they had a plumber here right away. Russell found a pin hole leak an old grey pipe. He gave me pricing before he did the work so that I knew what the bill was going to be. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. Surprisingly the invoice was exactly what he he quoted me. I didn't think it was possible to get this kind of service in Grande Prairie. I signed up to be a member so now I get a discount and priority service. I will definitely be using this company again for my next plumbing issue. Thank You to all at Mr. Rooter Plumbing

They were very fast. I called them at 8 and they were at my house within the hour replacing my sump pump when it stopped working. The technician cleaned up after himself and was very conscientious of my personal possessions. He was polite and gave me upfront pricing before he did any work so that I could make sure I had enough to pay him. They also called back to make sure everything was ok after the guy left. They will be the first company I call if I need another repair done. I recommend using this company whenever possible :)

Mr Rooter is a horrible company. It says they don't charge you overtime, the kicker is that the overtime is built into the price. Had to have my sink drain cleaned out. Took the guy 15 min, in and out. Charged me $450. This is the worst service and worst company in Grande Prairie. Would give a zero star if I could

Will not be using them in the future. They came, told me I needed something that I already knew I needed then charged me $400.00 - for nothing. I tried to contact them twice via phone and once via email to have to actual repairs completed and they did not get back to me.

Was away at work and needed some work done had the gf call and get these guys in. They got the problem fixed and i was satisfied with the work.
