We are very grateful for Ryan at Altitude Plumbing & Heating! He fixed our furnace quickly, was friendly and kind (my favourite kind of person). I feel confident now (unlike our last fix by someone else) that the job was done correctly and will last! Ryan will be our go to person from now on for all of our plumbing and heating needs. It’s so reassuring knowing we have someone we can trust to help us with such important things in our home.

Thank Goodness we found Ryan! I am so happy we took a chance with him. He fixed our sump pump in no time and it finally runs quietly! He updated our kitchen faucet. He switched our old broken dishwasher and installed a new one. He also installed everything in our basement bathroom from the vanity to the bathtub faucet. He ensured it was up to code by switching the piping/plumping around. Ryan is extremely efficient and knows what he is doing. He even took the time to explain what he was doing for us! We have used many plumbers in this town and by far Ryan was the best. When he fixes something it is actually fixed. Ryan was punctual which is unheard of in Grand Prairie. He was extremely clean. He was very friendly and even was nice to our dogs. His invoices are very clear and state exactly what he has done. Best plumber in town with comopetive rates.
