Sherwood Mechanical has been very easy to deal with. The administration was helpful and efficient in setting up meeting times and dates. I liked receiving the notifications on who will be arriving to the job and updates when they were enroute to the call. The service was professional and knowledgeable. Not only by 1 person but by two different individuals for two separate requests of service. There was no pressure and I was fully informed of the problems that were fixed and of any needs that were recommended. From start to finish the company has been great to deal with.

Great service - our service provider was prompt, friendly and efficient. He answered all of my questions about water heaters, and repaired our ailing water heater in time for us to host a party with 30 guests. He also cleared up the slow flow in the kitchen faucet. We were pleased with the installation process on our humidifier. The installer arrived on time, was very pleasant and did the job quickly and, I assume, very well. He left the place clean and possibly even neater than it was when he arrived. I asked the Office for a manual as I have not had a humidifier for some time and felt I needed a refresher. It was emailed to me promptly. The only downside was that the price was higher than I expected but I suppose the fault is mine for not getting a quote and options beforehand. Nonetheless, we are pleased and will definitely call you for any work we require in the future. John Fielder

I have requested their services several times over the past couple of years and have found this company to be easy to contact, especially via email, and more importantly, very reliable. When they are going to be late for a scheduled appointment, they promptly contact us to say so, so that we are not left waiting and wondering. The quality of the service has also been excellent and I keep their phone number and email handy for any time I need to retain them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance.

My project required upgrading of basement furnace ducting and adding several heat runs. I received a site visit, good practical recommendations and a prompt, reasonable quote. The technician did an excellent job with the somewhat challenging retro fit work and made sure I was happy and the site was clean before he left.
