Our company uses Century Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and from start to finish it is an easy breezy process! 1) The wonderful women in the office are very knowledgeable and quick to provide assistance with scheduling needs. 2) The techs are fast, friendly, and very well educated! They take the time to explain what needs to be done in easy to understand terms, and when they do their work it's done right. 3) Pricing is more than fair and they make sure to detail everything on the invoices, which is very nice and helps to avoid any confusion. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing and heating services.

Right from the first call to book, to the confirmation of quote and arrival time, to actual arrival and install, this company excelled in customer service, inform, respect and efficiency. Better off taking your business elsewhere … We called Century for a check-up / overview on our 2 wall-hung boilers and for issues with an air-exchanger. A motor on the air-exchanger was replaced. All in the price for this service was $800+. We had some questions / issues with the bill. We were double-charged GST on the fan motor and were hoping to potentially get some of the labour charges back as they did not stock the part and had to charge for an additional hour to come back another day and replace the motor. We tried for over a month to get some sort of response on our bill questions but nobody was interested in calling us back – very disappointing. Even if we we're wrong on the bill a call-back would have been appreciated. The service was just OK and I was hoping to learn a little about the maintenance of the boilers but didn’t learn much at all. I am not sure the motor replacement on the air exchanger fixed everything – it still operates weirdly, it probably needs balancing and / or a new computer board as well but that was never done. Overall I am disappointed with the service and won’t be recommending them. After service support really tells you a lot about a company. They have also lost out on the subsequent job of replacing our boilers (which could have been over $10,000 for their company) due to their poor performance on this small job and not responding to billing questions. We got another company to replace the 2 wall-hung boilers.

$620.00 to snake a septic line during regular business hours?? Wont use century again. Should have called Legers Plumbing!
