Nathan is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field of work. It made me feel very confident that the work would be done right and it was. He installed our kitchen tap and solved the initial problem of the visit of leaking water from the trap. While Nathan was over I showed him another issue I had with plumbing and he took care of that with no hesitation. I am pleased and very satisfied with the quality of work Nathan did. This is the second time I have had Always Plumbing over to do plumbing and both times the service techs did the job right. I would highly recommend Always Plumbing to service any plumbing needs that you may have. Once again, Always Plumbing came through with a Gold Star. Always Plumbing sent a service tech to do other plumbing work just 3 days after Nathan was over. Samantha did a great job repairing our main water shut off valve which had a leak. She explained exactly what needed to be done, the parts that were needed. And even replaced the ground clamp that was majorly rusted from the water leak. After the job was done Samantha took the time to explain how to turn the water back on from the main shut off once the Cite of Edmonton came back to turn the water back on. Samantha was still in her vehicle in front of our house getting ready for her next job when the City of Edmonton arrived to turn the water back on. Samantha took it upon her self to come back inside our house to turn the main water line back on for me. She tested the connections to make sure all was in good working order. Thank you Samantha for providing your professional expertise in repairing our leaking main water shut off valve.

Every part of the service experience was great - the phone call, booking, arrival of the plumber, explanation of the issue and repair, service quality and duration, and invoicing. Absolutely a pleasure to see Samantha's work which was excellent and I'm happy I called Always, I'll be using them again in the future. My only concern was the pricing which I wouldn't call "cheap", but it's also far from unreasonable and I can understand the cost breakdown clearly. Otherwise, everything beyond exceeded my expectations!

Cory arrived on time and checked out our old Commercial Flame Master furnace.He explained in detail the workings of this unit and also used equipment to assess the efficiency of the unit and any leak of carbon monoxide etc.He pronounced the unit old but fit and functional. He also quickly changed a zone valve for me.I have been a commercial property Manager for over 30 years and was impressed with his professionalism and eagerness to help.Thank you Cory(I hope I got your name right)

Sump pump failed unexpectedly on a Sunday later afternoon. After calling a couple other plumbers only to find they didn’t work Sundays or didn’t feel like coming to our side of the city, I called Always and they replied right away and came in the time frame they provided at the first call. Samantha was friendly and explained everything well and was very quick and efficient. Will definitely keep Always Plumbing in my contacts and will recommend!
