6:30 on a Sunday night, as we are getting our twins ready to go to bed, we realized that our furnace had conked out and the house temperature had dropped to 16°. I searched for trouble codes online and performed all of the recommended "reboot" steps with no luck. I then called a friend of ours, who is a property manager, and he referred us to Top Tech Mechanical. The technician that I spoke to said that he didn't have the part on hand to repair the unit and wouldn't be able to get it until tomorrow. He then proceeded to walk me through a couple of quick diagnostic steps over the phone & we identified the problem. A 1/4" drive set and a Scotch Brite pad to clean the sensor and we were back in business! Sensor may need to be replaced eventually but, at least, we have heat tonight. Hands down, absolutely the best customer service I have had in a very long time!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!
