Our initial email was responded to almost immediately. A serviceman was at our place that afternoon and was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was performed quickly and cleanly. We were so impressed that we asked for information on furnace replacement and the sales director was out first thing the next morning. I will highly recommend Prosolutions in the future.
Woke up on a Saturday morning with no hot water, only to realize my hot water tank is gone after just 5 years, (2 months out of warranty). Called ProSolutions as they had previously done a great job on my air conditioning install. Irene returned my call within minutes of my message, had Paul over at my place within the hour, quote in 20 minutes. All on a Saturday! As soon as I said yes, the work started, had Steven come out with the tank within another 30 minutes and 90 minutes in I had a new working tank! In the middle of all this, I was messaging Jason (the owner) to make sure I had a great price and he replied within 10 minutes to give me comfort and work with Simon to see how they could help me more! Customer Service was great! I emailed company and received call back within half an hour. I booked for later in week but they offered to come for next day service. We had Sergio come and replace our outdoor water hose faucet. He phoned ahead to notify and arrived on time. He explained everything, including installation process and gave us a coupon discount. Very friendly and professional.
2 previous plumbers bailed on me. These guys came through in Edmonton. BIG job : water valve gate vs ball installed, floor torn up for backwater valve, move main drain pipe stack in middle of laundry room - on budget, on time, similar quotes to other 2 plumbers. small issue of pipes for moving, they came back next week and fixed. good communication, got started in 2 days. Great paperwork traceability. Great job coordinating it all Simon !
