Oren came out and gave us a quote for a new A/C unit. He was very professional and the price was awesome. We booked the install. Oren was early, called to verify that it's ok to come 30 min early. Had the system replaced quick. Cleaned up. And explained the work they had to do to install properly. I will book future work with Smile Plumbing.

I would highly recommend Smile Plumbing and Heating. They are so professional. It was a joy to deal with them. We had Oran come to discuss replacing our furnace and possibly add an air conditioner. Then due to circumstances we had to put it all on hold for about a month. It was handled with respect to our needs and no pressure to purchase before we were ready. The cost of the job actually came in a little below the estimation. They arrived at my door on time and completed the job in one day. They really did earn the 5 stars.

It was great to deal with Oren. He always answered his phone and was on top of things. Oren had to come couple of times and both times he was on time and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

The technician was very thorough by explaining what was wrong with the unit and gave me the options to consider (e.g. fixing vs buying a new one).
