Our buddy Randy was nice and friendly. He called before heading over and was very prompt. He fixed the AC in less than 20 minutes and now the house is chilly, just how we like it! I had a clogged main drain in my home and water was beginning to come back up into the basement. I made a couple of attempts to clear the drain (even rented a machine from home depot) but unfortunately I was not able to solve the problem. I had some very important family related events that needed my immediate attention, so I did not have anymore time to mess around with this. I decided that I would need the expertise of a plumber and that they should definitely have the necessary tools/machine's to complete this task. After a quick search online, I noticed that Reliance had the best reviews and that their services included plumbing. The process was quick, i called and Reliance was able to get someone to my home the same day! Randy and Bernie showed up within the time slot given and these guys were class acts from start to finish! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, they were able to complete the job efficiently and explained the process along the way. They provided tips on how to avoid future problems, they used floor runners to reduce the mess, they even set up a pump system to prevent my basement from flooding any further. If you have any plumbing issues do not hesitate to call this company. The service I received was excellent and the price was definitely fair for the work completed.
