I worked in the industrial sector for over 40 years and have had many dealings with Clow Darling. Because of the professionalism that they always delivered, I would not consider any other company for my home needs. When it comes to heating, cooling, plumbing or ventilation, they have you covered. Did not return my call

We hired Clow Darling to run a gas line, install a gas boiler, indirect hot water heater, air handler and some accessories. It was a big job. They weren't the cheapest, but it was well worth giving them the job. The whole process was flawless and exceeded our expectations. For example, most contractors would have left us without hot water for a few days while they were working. However, the Clow Darling guys temporarily plumbed us hot water before they left for the evening. The next day, they would undo some of their temporary work to finish the install. This extra little bit of care took them an extra hour or two of their own time each day, but resulted in us having hot water every morning/evening so we hardly noticed we were living in a construction project. Also the plumbers/pipe fitters were very polite and respectable. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. Very satisfied.

So far so good! They've done exactly what they promised (plus, came in cheaper than I had expected). It's sad that the standard of excellence is simply that a company will do what you're paying them for, and so far, these guys do it pleasantly!
