No need to search for another plumber! Had a great experience with Urban Plumber. Very quick and easy to get in touch with Allan. We was really flexible, even offering to come after regular business hours to check out the problem. We were given a quote by Mr. Rooter for 3x more than the final price of what it cost to fix the minor issue we were having with our shower. Richard (the plumber who saved the day) was great. Super honest and straight forward. Was in and out within an hour of arriving. Problem solved. Won't use another plumbing company again

Would not recommend! The plumber that came took one glance at my toilet - a dual flush Kohler, not some unusual import - and said that he's never seen two fill valves and that we should just replace it. When I said I wasn't interested in having him replace it, he fiddled around with it, didn't fix it, and then offered to replace a part at a quote much higher than what the owner had told me on the phone. I no longer felt I could trust this company and luckily did not go ahead with the repair he suggested. I called the manufacturer instead and they sent me a 5 minute YouTube tutorial that allowed me to fix the toilet myself. Pretty crazy that an experienced plumber wouldn't have known to try the very basic fix the manufacturer suggested (rinsing the fill valve) or at least research a toilet they aren't familiar with before suggesting to replace it or trying to fix it. I had to pay even though they couldn't fix the toilet so this was an expensive lesson in calling the manufacturer first!

I have been very pleased with this company. They are honest and stand behind their work. If it isn't done right they take responsibility for it and make it right. They will be my go to plumber from now on. Thank you!

These guys are always prompt--they do good problem solving & neat work--They are very accommodating---very reliable. I have recommended them to my friends

I did not have a good experience with one of the workers at this company. That said I appreciate that the owner has been receptive to my issues and is currently trying to rectify it. Will update my review soon.
