Hi I am in Toronto and I hired Bartlett Plumbing to do a horrible drain problem in my house in Waterloo. (drain from the washing machine) First I met Bryce at my home and I was really impressed the way he explained to me. He almost spend 30 min. (free consultation) explaining the problem and the options to rectify the problem step by step. He is a gentlemen. Obviously, plumbing is their work, but he is like a pro. Taking his time and explaining to me in detail. The job was carried out this morning and I am so pleased and happy with their performance. I have been reluctant to call a plumber in the past, but my attitude has changed since I called Bartlett Plumbing to fix a floor drain issue at my house. Firstly, Bryce responded the same day with a site visit and a quote for the job. Secondly the quote was reasonable, considering the concrete floor would need to be dug up and thirdly the work as done in a timely manner, with a thorough cleanup. I fully recommend Bartlett Plumbing and will definitely call on the them in the future for any plumbing needs.
