During the installation everything was explained to me as to what was being done. They made a point of making sure I had water while they had to turn the supply off to remove the old heater out & install new one. The install was done efficiently & the the room was left very clean. Job well done!
The technician was timely between the time interval given and he explained thoroughly the directions he took to fix our toilet smelling problem. He was very personable and professional. We have had a couple of technicians to help us over the last couple months and they always make the process easy with setting up the appointments, giving a time interval that works for all parties involved and always being friendly and professional while being able to help us. I highly recommend Reliance to anyone who is looking for plumbing services.
Johnny was awesome. From his attention to detail to his good conversation. As a business manager I feel that Johnny’s respect and awareness to the customer can help others in the company. Very hard working and pleasure meeting him. I will ask for Johnny on all future calls. Thanks Johnny
Steve was very quick, efficient and personable. Came through on a Saturday which was greatly appreciated with my wife being 9 months pregnant in this heat! He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue in no time. Great guy to have on your team. Thanks
I was originally not going to write this review. I had my air conditioner installed two weeks ago and, although I had a bad experience with the salesperson, I was otherwise happy with the purchase. However, it has been two weeks and I still haven't received any information about my warranty despite asking repeatedly. I have no idea who I should be contacting, and every time I try to call Reliance I'm told to contact my salesperson and that I really should buy that damn protection plan. I am tired of being advertised to every time I contact this company, and I am tired of not having important, basic information about my warranty. I do not trust this company anymore and I will absolutely not be making future purchases through Reliance. I just want to know what is/isn't covered, what I need to do to avoid losing the warranty, and whether the manufacturer or Reliance is setting up the parts warranty. I also now want my warranty in writing, since I have lost any trust in Reliance at this point. I am highly skeptical that I even have a warranty. This information is either unavailable or hidden, and I did not receive it during my install. I am specifically reviewing the KW/Cambridge Reliance because they are the branch I did business with.
