I've used Gowing Brothers both in a professional setting, and for personal home plumbing jobs. Always very quick to respond, get the job done in a timely fashion, keep you informed throughout the process and leave the work area clean. I would highly recommend their services. I dismissed the previous review and was also left with a running leaking faucet ...he is not interested in job to replace valve because it doesnt pay enough. He needs to make money on selling parts...not just labour. So $90 plus $160 =$250 is not enough for 2 hours of work. He will come if I spend $400 on a whole shower unit. I dont need the whole unit replaced. Where are the ethics!? He then threatened me that as an elder in his church he would make things difficult for me. Shame on this 65++ senior...he should be an example in the community. This is how he conducts business. I am in disbelief...he has dollar signs in his eyes...i guess to retire!? July 21 update. What liars my husband never tried to replace cartridge himself. You destroyed the inside of the pipe after i told you how yoy tube said it was to be done. Another plumber that knows you fixed the leak. You didnt reomove all the pieces ..he did and then put plumbers grease and inserted cartridge. Leak stopped. And the toilet you installed has wet grout around it. Now i realize you didnt do that right. You just sabotoged me because i refused to buy $400 tub set from you...$99 at home depot... Because the cartridge was the only thing that needed replacing. And the plumber knows you. Folks replacing moen products....just a heads up...they warranty all their parts so you vmcan get them free if you call them. Mr ethics gowing doesnt tell anyone that. Shame on you ... And threatening me with your church and being an elder...thats going to make sure i pay. Theres a reason why your family has left your business. Anyone wanting more info i will share my experience. Supposedly his family members arent questionable like senior.
