I took my repair as far as I could myself but when things weren’t working out I called Mr.Rooter. Steve.H showed up on time and prepared for the job. He quickly gave me an estimate and knew exactly what to do. He was able to cut some of the costs by using some of the stuff I had purchased and what I didn’t have he had with him. He did a great job and after he left I was able to finish off my repair job with confidence that my plumbing was done right. If I ever get stuck again I know I can count on Mr.Rooter.

I don't generally write reviews, but frankly I was so impressed with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and in particular, Jesse W., that I am writing one today. The call I made to Mr. Rooter was answered quickly, and I received a call back from the dispatcher within 15 minutes advising me that Jesse would be at our home within the hour. He arrived well within that time. He offered a thorough and informative explanation about the exterior drainage systems in homes like ours, and the problems that arise over time as a normal part of life. He described two very reasonable solutions to our problem, neither of which would be undertaken by him. His willingness to share his expertise, at no cost to ourselves, was very refreshing and much appreciated. If I ever do have another plumbing issue, I would most certainly call Mr. Rooter again (and would be happy to have Jesse answer the call). Very impressive, in 2019! Thanks very much, Jesse.
