We had a clogged toilet/drain. After calling around and no plumbers were available that day, we reached BP Plumbing and they had Skylar come out the same day. Unfortunately, he could not arrive until 4:45 pm. Instead of doing all of the work and charging us the "after-hours evening rate" he asked if we would like him to come back the next morning at the regular rate. He came back as promised the next morning, fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. He was incredibly fair and honest, and went above and beyond. I would 100% call Skylar at BP Plumbing again for any issues.

Solved our clogged toilet quickly and efficiently the same day I called. Friendly and reasonable and even offered a 10% senior discount. As a retired Property Manager who has dealt with dozens of plumbers over the years, I would rate this company A1. Highly recommended

The plumber came, if it was through insurance they were going to charge more. And like most trades "if they need to go and get a part, will charge you more". You would think being a plumber they carry standard supplies in their trucks. For a small charge the price was a bit overwhelming.

Never called back. Had a chance to call me a customer. Never will now.
