Both technicians were great. Answered questions. Took real interest in our concerns. Very polite. Quite happy to have them back for servicing again. Deserved the stars given. thank you for having such great technicians.

So disappointed. We arranged for a home consultation to get a quote for AC. I put on the form the furnace and duct work was in a crawl space. Technician arrived and measured and said our crawl space entrance does not meet spec for their workers. Apparently the mandate is 36” wide and ours is 35.5”. If this is how you guys work why would someone not reach out ahead of time when the form said it was a crawl space and ask for the width. I will give my money to another company who will actually give us a proper quote.

Jake from Reliance was friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong with our air conditioner and even though it needed a new part, he went right out to his truck and brought it back to install it. Within 20 minutes, our air conditioner was working again and then he used our garden hose to clean the outside of the air conditioner to ensure it continues running smoothly throughout the season, as apparently that can affect it (which I did not know) Altogether a very positive experience!

I know very little about thermostats or furnaces and so you always hope the fella they send over when both of these have failed knows a lot about these things and Tom certainly did. A great communicator and super easy to deal with Tom started from square one and went down his check list until all issues were resolved leaving only me to write this 5 star review :) I appreciate all the time Tom took going above and beyond to do a great job. Thanks Tom :)

Great Service. Our tech Tom was very thorough and really took the time to explain his process. I feel he went beyond the call and made sure everything was perfect beyond fixing the main issue at hand
