Enercare

We had no heat last night. I called Enercare and spoke to a lovely woman who setup a technician to come today between 8-12 noon. He showed up just after 9am, very prompt. His name is Chris, he is so professional and knowledgeable, and very kind. He went above and beyond fixing the sensor issue, as well as doing the most thorough job of cleaning the furnace that we have ever had. Please look into their maintenance plans, if you haven’t already. Absolutely a 5 star experience. Thank you Chris!

I was very impressed with the response time. I called with my water heater issue at 9 am and was given a service window of between 12-4 on the same day. Sheila T arrived at 2 and had our issue fixed in about 40 minutes. She was very courteous, professional and efficient.

I liked how quickly they responded. Cory Green is a wonderful representative for your company. He was very honest & polite. Although i hope to never need this service again, it was an amazing experience.

I had Cory Green repair my furnace today. He was prompt at getting back to me, showed up when he said he'd be here, repaired the furnace with a complete explanation and was on his way. Going without heat in the middle of January is a bit of a panic - he made it easy to deal with! Grateful we now have heat - would recommend him for all your heating/cooling issues! Called to have the temperature & pressure relief valve examined on our rental hot water tank and experienced difficulty scheduling a service appointment. However, once this was resolved , Sheila, our technician , arrived and saved the day ! She was pleasant and careful of our home, using “booties”. Once she had conducted a thorough testing of the tank and replaced the T & P relief valve, she explained the purpose and importance of maintaining certain functions of the tank. Her efficient manner and knowledge ensures that we will ask for her again. Well done Sheila !
