I had a home service call for a well to be primed. I figured it was the well foot hose needed replaced. They quote $150.00 and sent a new plumber they had as I did not meet him on any of my prior service calls. He tool the well cover off and pulled so hard on the hose he cracked it. I told him he cracked the hose and he said he did not. I said it will not prime now. He told me I was wrong replaced the foot pump and went to the house to try to prime. I waited outside because I was upset as I could hear the pump sucking air and not priming outside at the well. I went in after about 15 minutes and he had decided to cut my house lines to install new shut offs with no consent. when I said what are yo doing? He said I needed them. I said I do n out want them get out please! The office called me. I explained. He broke the line at the well and installed parts I did not ask for. They said they would send out management . So now 3 came out. Note the line was cracked and they dug up my lawn to replace it. Let a mess behind. Primed the well so I now had house water and left and said they were sorry for all the inconvenience. Just the service call of 150.00 would be billed. $150.00 Got the bill $1500.00 dollars! Called said they would adjust to $500.00 I said no And I have repairs on my lawn to do so I do not owe you and landscaping was 600.00 to fix the ground and level it. So I heard nothing. 2 years later collections department called. Credit Bureau Collections Ltd. Told them it was in dispute, They did not care and went ahead and filled it on my credit bureau. Now I have to file small claims against the company to prove I do not owe this. i do not recommend this place. The owner just want his money.

They came right away late at night when water was pouring out of the ceiling. First guy did a messy caulking job. I called back and they sent a new guy to finish the job. I think that is excellent service.
