Called to have a vanity and faucet installed - wanted it ASAP and the plumber was at my door within hours (got lucky!). He was prompt, went beyond installation as he helped with leveling the vanity which is not really part of their job. Professional and reliable; would definitely recommend DMS Plumbing services

I called DSM Plumbing to get a quote for addition of a second bathroom. The person on the other end answered "Yes", not exactly a professional way to answer a business call during business hours. The person told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. I didn't get a call back that day. I called again the next afternoon during business hours. The same person answered the phone in the same unprofessional manner. He said he had called me back and left a message with me the previous day. I there was no such call or message or phone call. He said he was currently working and would call me back in 20 minutes. Again he did not return my call and most certainly did not leave a message. Good luck with this guy. I just contacted another plumber.
