Call the Plumbing Doctor

Our regular plumber wasn't available and he suggested we call these guys. That in itself is an excellent reference. The guy who came to see us was quick fast and the price was right.

When water oozed from the middle of our front yard and ran over the curb indicating a leak in the line we called the Region who promptly came and shut the water off. They soon discovered the leak was on our property and therefore our responsibility. This was in the last week of January, the weather was awful and getting worse and every plumbing company was fully booked. We were panicking. Then we talked to Corrina at the Plumbing Doctor. She was calm and pleasant and assured us they could help. It was obvious when Kelly came to see the situation that he knew his business and that was reassuring. From that point Kelly and his staff took care of everything and that brought an incredible sense of relief. Donnie and Darcy did the actual job for us and although the weather had turned mild that day the conditions were still difficult for them. An electric wire to the yard light had been a casualty of the dig and Kelly came back the next day to repair that too. Thanks to each - Corrina, Kelly, Donnie and Darcy! I have no hesitation to recommend The Plumbing Doctor to anyone!

Late afternoon, needed plumber for toilet with continual running water problem & seized water valve. No one available to come from original plumbing co contacted.
