Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They always take a horrible tone with me with no reason as to why. Never been anything but polite with them on the phone. Will never recommend.
Came when called. Knew toilet would not flush. Said he leaves the snake at shop as it was too expensive to have in truck. Walked thru house. Did nothing. Took less than 15 minutes. $124.00 charged. Felt ripped off. Do not use this plumber.

I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. They are incompetent and CROOKS. They came twice to me this year. I waited a month for them to come. They fixed nothing I asked. The last time they came I needed my bathtub drain fixed and a water filter installed. They did neither and charged me 186 dollars for a service call. The dude said he would come back before winter to finish the job. I asked if I should call his wife and make another appointment. NO, he said, she will call you. Don't call us we'll call you? That was months ago. I hate this company. If you use them and they screw up (and they will) you have only yourself to blame. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They are extremely unprofessional, they don’t care about their clients, no consideration at all and they just think of what is best for them, they should not be in the business, i can’t think of a words to describe them, once they have your money you have to chase them and be patient hoping they will be nice to you, but they never did. Don’t let them get you, they seems nice but after you gave your dollar, it’s their rule after. Those 5 stars it’s them who did it, don’t go with them you better pay a little more than going with their price it’s a trap.
