I have used Burnett's Plumbing & Building Services since moving to the Napanee area and their work is excellent. I recently had my older septic system removed and new holding tank installed by Burnett's and was very impressed from start to finish. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

I couldn’t say enough about this company! I called them to come and assist my grandmother and what she told me was that their service was Impeccable! The guy was prompt and time efficient, he provided amazing customer service, the fee was very reasonable. We both with definitely recommend Burnett’s to anyone! Keep up the great work!

We had a problem with our sump pump and Doug showed up quick and assessed the problem and came back in the morning as promised. The pump was replaced and new piping. I was shocked to receive the invoice and a charge for $350.00 for labour for 1-1/2 hours being at my house. I contacted Burnett's and asked why i was charged so much for labour and they advised I was charged for 5 hours labour. Therefore the 3.5 hours was for travel time. We should have got an estimate as we had no idea they charge a person for travel time, Advice to anyone using them to ask for an estimate prior to hiring them.

Steve from Burnetts was great. He was very professional and stuck with the problem until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I was happy with the price today but in the past, i feel that they did overcharge
