We had Rick install a water treatment system for us at the cottage around 11 years ago (2008) and are extremely happy with the installation. The system has been working flawlessly even when I am a tad remiss in maintenance. We've had Chateau D'eau perform several maintenance calls over the years and the system continues to perform. We just had a maintenance call this morning and Rick sorted out my mis-diagnosis and promptly remedied the problem - which was 100% my failure to clean the pre filter often enough to deal with a new iron issue that has developed from our well.
