Called them up after I accidentally broke my shower valve. Being Quebec's construction holiday, it was very hard to find someone. Pro Secure called me back and they had a plumber within 60 - 90 minutes of my call. The plumber, Jean-François, was very professional and went beyond my expectations to make sure everything was done right. The price was reasonable. Hopefully I won't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do, I won't hesitate to do business with this company. Thanks!

This company was hired by my condo board to clean up water damage. they did the clean up fast and got rid of the wet flooring quickly, when it came time to install new flooring it took them 3 and a half months to do so. they said it was due to the tornados when our flooding happened before the tornados happened in hull. my daughter was only 2 and a half months old and was not able to grow and explore and do tummy time because they left us with a concrete floor. I called numerous times and they said they were waiting for insurance to approve the repairs when infact the claim was opened 2 days after the incident and the repairs were approved with in the following couple days. now because my daughter could not develope like she was supposed to she now has to see a physio therapist for her legs due to the fact that her muscles are not strong enough. on top of the repair did was not done properly they out trim in places that didnt have a trim before because they had to had gaps between the floor and the wall. they never finished the bathroom trim, the floor dividers ( going from floating floor to ceramic) was not done properly. the pieces keep coming out because they were not glued. they told me on multiple occasions they would come and take measurments and never showed up. they finally come to install flooring they should up at my door at 7am when everyone is still sleeping. they said they would be there at 8. then I tell them to come at 8 doesnt come back till almost 9am, then tells me that hes leaving early because he doesnt want to be stuck in traffic. I asked him if he could atleast finish what had left ( maybe 2 feet of flooring left to install) and said no hes going to be stuck in traffic. theres so much more wrong with this I could go on. DO NOT HORE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service! Le technicien est arrivé à l'heure prévue et a effectué les travaux nécessaires en un temps plus que convenable et dans les règles de l'art. J'ai grandement apprécié les explications qui m'ont été fournies sur les travaux exécutés. Le technicien a même pris la peine d'installer des tapis lors de son arrivée pour éviter de salir mon plancher! Service A++

Attention aux arnaques surcharge (double tarification) une job de 15 min 150$ a été chargé presque 300$ des voleurs

J'utilise leurs services pour la 2e fois et je suis très satisfait. Service rapide et courtois.
