I dealt with them twice, and it was wonderful. I then hired them a third time without being present, and only my mother on site, and Michel was very rude to my mother! He argued with her while his son and our tenant was present, very unprofessional. He then refused to speak to me on the phone, threatening to charge her more due to him going back and forth, with an already agreed to price with his assistant Chantal. I had to call Chantal, letting her know that we have come to her twice, no issues, agreed on a price, and everything was nice, and right. I told her that this is my third time dealing with her, and that we've been overcharged by almost 35 CAD. We are good customers. We talked for close to 35 mins, on and off, and she appeared to be understanding, and wanting to fix it. She told me to just pay, and assured me, that she would call me back, asking Michel, to see whether a refund would be possible, or not. I told her was very rude and unprofessional. She never called back, to give me an update, and Michel never even tried to apologize for having such a bad temper. They really tainted our opinion of their company as a whole. I would not recommend them, especially with Michel's poor temper, and Chantal not being a woman of her word.

Response to Ms. GARAGE SALE OTTAWA First of all, as you stated, you were not even there, so what you are saying is just hearsay. Also tell me of any other company who would take so much time 35 minutes PLUS, to listen to their clients' concerns.? I can recall our conversations, and I remember telling you that your statement about Michel being rude and unprofessional was simply IMPOSSIBLE, again, you were not there. He never was, nor ever has been! I also called you back, but you did not answer.
