I called them on Friday morning before a long weekend to have a hot water tank installed. By 10:00 I received a call from them that someone would be coming before lunch. At 11:30, I received call that he was on his way and by 1:00, job was complete. Very satisfied with the service that I received and would call them in the future.
Terrible customer service and reliability. Called a week in advance to book an appointment for 8am; the day they are supposed to come for the service they have not arrived at 8am, and they didn't call me back after calling central twice to find out why they weren't at my home yet, until almost 2 hours after their scheduled appointment only to tell me that they were expecting ME to call THEM to confirm the appointment and they have no availability either way because the person that was supposed to come complete the work in my home was on vacation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Came to fix our sump pump - 1000$ later, the state of the pump was even worse than when we started. He came back a second time to fix the pump and now it is still not up to the building code. Aside from his incompetence & arrogance in charging such a high fee for shoddy work, he was aggressive and threatening.
