Unfortunately shoulder problems prevent him from performing overhead jobs but he recommended another company and I was able to book an appointment within a week. No charge for the visit and my attempts to offer a tip were not accepted. I would highly recommend this company.

He came to my house, without ringing the bell or knocking. He looked at the job, that was just to change a simple water valve. The verdict : he had solder problems and he can not do it and gave me another one that is way more expensive then he was charging. The lady at the office was very professional and nice!!!

We had the bathroom and kitchen sinks upstairs stop draining completely last night, and the one in the basement bathroom draining reeeeeal slowly.
