I used this service 2 years ago and just recently to empty our septic tank. This year, I informed them our septic lid had come off. The first time they visited the just left it off. So I called again and they agreed to come back (I'll give them a star for that). However, when they came back they still didn't put the lid back on properly claiming that they didn't know what happened and it was missing bolts. But they were the last company to touch it and it was fine prior to that. Nonetheless, I can't believe they wouldn't put the lid on properly no matter what. Anyways, we won't be using them again.

They arrived ahead of schedule and dealt with a septic blockage and blockages in our sump pump. They were professional and courteous, and explained the issues clearly before fixing the issues.

i sent a quote request, the answer was they cant make appoint for at least 3 months, ok but i never said i wanted it done now, i am preparing quotes for the future , thats good, ill hire another company.

Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. so I took the morning off work, hoping I could make it in for our office Christmas party that was starting at 2:00 p.m. By 11:00 I called for a follow-up. "We're running about 1-1.5 hours behind but we'll be there", they said. Called again at 3:30 p.m. "We'll make it out to you today, don't worry", they said. Called for a third follow-up around 6:00 p.m. No answer but left a voicemail. It's now the next day and although I followed up AGAIN at 11:00 a.m. and was promised they would check on an ETA with the technician, no call back. I've never encountered such lack of care or understanding from a "service" company. Truly disgusting. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE deal with these guys.

No show no call on appointment date for repairs after leak. Disappointed. We've received a call following this review. They say my appointment date was the day after at a different time than we even discussed. As far as I'm concerned, it was made pretty clear it would be 9am the day I'm writing this, I even texted the details moments after and made myself an event alarm for it. While I understand mistakes can happen (miscommunication is a two-way street, I was offered two dates and said Thursday was preferred, I got no hint this could've been misunderstood), no responsibility is being taken because they had Friday setup on their agenda software. Consequently, this review will not be altered. Know that it doesn't speak to the quality of the service offered by the company, but only its scheduling.
