2019-07-29 Excellent service from Jean and Denis. I called at 8am on Monday morning and got Jean on the phone. He told me he could send someone over pretty soon. A few minutes later I got a call from Denis, who told me he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. He was on-time, worked well, fixed the cold water tube, replaced a pipe and replaced a facuet. $100 an hour for labor and $55 for the service call, but again, a job well done. Thanks!

Excellent service from Frank and Alain. We had a clog in our main line. They showed up, fixed our issue, were very professional, effective and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Plomberie Lalonde to anyone with plumbing needs/issues.

I run an automotive repair facility in Aylmer. Had a frozen waste line to the septic tank. Plomberie Lalonde was here fast . Very polite and professional from the initial call to Tony and Nick ( hope I got that right , bad with names sometimes) Let's be honest here , they're not cheap . But , you get what you pay for . They are now my go to plumbers if I can't handle it myself. And the DVD of my plumbing is hilarious . Especially Tony's suggestion of having popcorn and watching the " movie" . Great job guys ????

Thanks to everyone at Plomberie Lalonde, from the man who we spoke to on the phone to arrange for the appointment to Mike and Jo who came to the house to thaw a frozen sink drain, everyone was very courteous and polite. We had a great experience with this company and highly recommend it!

Thank you Daniel for your prompt response in the event of emergency so quickly and your company service plus workmanship was excellent. Recently, we had our sewer line clogged up with tree root-mass in the basement, as well as the exterior sewer line - Plumberie Lalonde were able to act quickly and managed to do the excavation to replace the old cements sewer pipeline with SDR28-5" and reconnect to city line before the winter arrived. The crew were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
