I was very pleased with the gentleman that came out to service our plugged pipes. Dan was an excellent service man and I would be very pleased to have him do any other work I may need in the future! He was professional , very kind, and educated in this field. My experience for the day became very understandable after he explained and educated me on this subject! Anyone having this gentleman work for them should know he is a great asset to their company by the way he handled the business he came out to do! Thank you Dan for being kind and explain to me thoroughly what was needed!

Had an issue with my water heater and Wayne from Knights Plumbing came out and resolved my issue. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He also provided an additional service I requested on site. Would definitely recommend to others. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were so busy it did take 3 days to get them out.
