Home Depot: FIRE Premier Product Management!! This company is an absolutely abomination to work with, giving the poorest quality customer service I have ever experienced! They are a third-party install company for GE and Home Depot, their contracts with GE and Home Depot should be revoked! I was stood up THREE TIMES in a row with "No Shows" from them! I took three days off and when I called to complain they state, "there's nothing we can do..." What a cop-out, so I'd re-book the install, three different times, I was met with lies: -- They would call the day before to confirm: NOPE, they did not! -- I was promised the driver would call first when they were 30 minutes out, and then at the house: NOPE, they did not! -- Called to said they didn't come by (while I was at the house in a room facing the street, so I know they did not come), "Sorry, we believe our driver, so we'll re-book you a fourth time...NOPE, you will not! You've fooled me three times, and while I don't wish ill on others, but in this case I hope your business fails ASAP so others won't have to be in the same Home Depot No Show hell.
