Erich is responsive, professional, prompt and gets the job done for a reasonable price. The rodding service was just completed today, but I'm optimistic that all will be well, in that Erich specified looking into all areas of drain backup. Excellent Service. Sewer clogged near the main (you could wash your hands but not do laundry). They came out 1st thing in the morning and were fast, professional, and very helpful. They even went beyond and added a backwash prevention in the basement floor drain to help prevent future issues. I highly recommend them.
