Excellent work from beginning to end - Avid was able to work around the schedule of some weather-dependent work being done by another company that created short notice of when the plumbing work could be done. Avid's scheduling was nimble and the work met all expectations. Inexpensive solutions to minor additional problems discovered on-site were offered instead of attempting to up-charge for fully replacing components. A+

So, water heater goes out on Sunday.I call them on Monday morning. They were out here before noon, by 2 o’clock I have hot water. I could not be more impressed! Very professional, even found that my previous water heater was under warranty and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely call them again.

First experience with Avid was great. Very helpful on the phone when getting an estimate and was able to schedule with a couple days. They did 3 jobs for us, all of which look great. The plumber that came out was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. As a bonus, he was not just tolerant of my 5 year with a million questions, but patient, polite and answered them all!
